Paul is an associate with TJ. In his budding career, Paul has represented and counseled commercial lenders, large and small businesses, and commercial and residential property owners to protect their property and contract rights.

Paul’s practice includes:

• Intellectual Property Transactions

Examples of matters in which Paul has been involved include:

• Representation of title insurer in litigation involving deed of trust priority, recoupment, mechanics’ liens and escrow negligence.
• Drafting licensing agreements on behalf of international entertainment company.
• Representation of biotechnology manufacturer in multiple patent infringement lawsuits.
• Acquisition of intellectual property rights on behalf of small and mid-sized entities.

Paul received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s two-year accelerated SCALE program (2010). During law school, Paul gained experience as a patent litigation clerk for a biotechnology manufacturer and as a transactional intern at Warner Music Group. Paul received a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology, cum laude, from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Paul’s personal interests include playing guitar and collecting vinyl records.
