Christopher is an associate with TJH. Throughout his career, Christopher has represented commercial and residential property owners, tenants, large and small businesses, public utilities, and public agencies in protecting their property and contract rights.

Christopher’s legal expertise encompasses a variety of areas, including:

  • Real Estate Transactions

Examples of matters in which Christopher has been involved include:

  • Represented private property owners in the remediation of their property from historical oil drilling activities.
  • Represented a printing company in a multi-million dollar dispute over its new printing press.
  • Represented the owner of a small countertop installation business in a shareholder dispute with a former business partner.
  • Represented property owners in boundary disputes with neighbors.
  • Represented the owner of a nationally recognized advertising trademark in protecting its rights against infringement.
  • Represented owners of both residential and commercial real estate in purchase/sale contract disputes.
  • Represented a public utility in protecting its easement rights.
  • Represented a public agency in establishing its first fire department.

Christopher received his J.D. from the University of Davis, School of Law. He was the recipient of the King Hall Pro Bono Award, and was a founding officer in the school’s Intellectual Property Club. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Gordon Burkhart in Riverside County. Christopher received his B.A. from the University of California, Riverside.

Christopher’s personal interests include playing tennis, hiking, fencing, reading science fiction, and of course, spending time with his family.
