Inga is an associate with TJ. In her nascent career, Inga has represented and counseled commercial property owners, large and small businesses, and commercial and residential property owners to protect their property and contract rights.

Inga’s practice includes:

• Real Estate Transactions
• Business Transactions

Examples of matters in which Inga has been involved include:

• Representation of title insurer in litigation involving recoupment, subrogation, bad-faith and deed of trust priority.
• Representation of utility company in easement dispute.
• Representation of commercial developer in litigation involving entitlements.
• Representation of City of Los Angeles in First Amendment dispute involving City billboard ordinance.

Inga received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s two-year accelerated SCALE program (2010). During law school, Inga served as a legal intern in the Land Use Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney.

Inga joined the field of law as a second career. She was a news reporter for nine years, most recently at The Modesto Bee, before attending law school.

Inga received her B.A. in Politics with a Minor in Writing from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Inga’s personal interests include serving as a Park’s Commissioner for the City of Orinda and as a member of the Advisory Board for the Deer Valley Law Academy.
