Abram is an associate with TJH.
Throughout his career, Abram has
represented and counseled real estate
developers, lenders, commercial
property owners, public agencies
and large and small businesses in
both litigation and transactional
matters.

Abram has been involved include:
- Representation of real estate
developers in all phases of
the development process, including
acquiring property, structuring
development deals, conducting
due diligence, obtaining entitlements
and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Acquisition and disposition
of commercial properties, including
a large retail center.
- Entity formation for privately
held corporations and limited
liability companies.
- Representation of real estate
developers in land use litigation
involving the California Environmental
Quality Act and the Subdivision
Map Act.
- Representation of a public
transit service provider in
a multi-million dollar dispute
with its general contractor.

Abram received his J.D. from
Columbia Law School (2003).
During law school, he clerked
for the Honorable Magistrate
Judge James C. Francis IV of
the United States District Court,
Southern District of New York.
Abram received a B.A. in Political
Science and Rhetoric, Phi Beta
Kappa and with High Distinction
in General Scholarship, from
the University of California,
Berkeley. Abram’s personal interests
including traveling, fantasy
football, reading and exploring
the great outdoors.
