Leslie Johnson, a founding
partner of TJH, is a highly
respected real estate transaction
attorney with 33 years experience
handling large and complex
real estate transactions
in California, out of state,
and internationally.She
helped devise the concept
of delayed tax-deferred
exchanges with her former
partner and mentor, Marvin
Starr, of Miller Starr &
Regalia. Leslie was one
of the most senior shareholders
of the firm before leaving
to form TJH. Her practice
is diverse, cutting-edge
and high-end.

Leslie is a native Californian,
born in San Francisco and
living most of her life
in Orinda. Leslie is an
avid sportswoman and served
as the assistant soccer
coach at Mills College from
1996 to 2005 - following
her own illustrious career
as a player.

Georgia, Nevada and
Texas), complex transaction
including disposition

a large multi-unit residential
complex, restructuring
of ownership entities
and acquisition of exchange
properties.

assessment consultant
on a dispute concerning
the largest cemetery/columbarium
business in the western
United States.

acquisition and construction
